The Parking Team offer a complete permit management system that can be used by any clients to arrange for permits to be applied for on line once a year and full fee payment to be taken by The Parking Team with funds being transferred on monthly basis. All debit and credit card can be accepted.

Full receipts are then issued to the tenant within 24 hours and the vehicle would be then moved on the exemption database.

The system can also allow housing officers to authorise tenants to receive parking permit without having to actual send the parking permit. The parking permit are sent from the secure location within the control centre.

This means that tenant receive a prompt service and the housing officer can reduce their work load by simple authorising the tenant parking permit to be issued.

This systems is high effective in reducing the work load for Housing officers and Management agents.

This also reduces the costs for the Clients.This also means that the client can monitor and assess the vehicles that are parked within the site.

The Fee for the permit can be decided by the client and fund can be transfered to the choosen account of their choice.
