Level services

We offer a 24 hour service for all our clients including removal and clamping. We aim to release clamps within 1 hour of being called to release a wheel clamp. With regards to the information we provide out clients we are very open about the service we provide to clients including allowing full access to the photographs.

We offer a high level of service this is monitored by our management team that monitor and assess the quality of call handling.All calls are recorded on are in house recording systems.

Currently we are involved in developing ISO 9001 procedures to achieve ISO 9001 .

All our services are fully insured and designed to allow easy access for customer and clients.

From within our control centre we provide high quality services to our client.We provide a average response time of 30 mins to call outs.These are monitored on a monthly basis. If we fail to achieve these target we will always monitor the reasons for this occurence.
